Work-life balance is a myth — you can’t cleanly separate the two halves of your life like opposing forces. What actually works is harmony: letting work and personal life coexist and complement each other, rather than compete. That harmony is hard-won, built through difficult decisions in moments of exhaustion and doubt. And the thing that carries you through those moments isn’t willpower alone — it’s passion. The real test each day is simple: how do you feel when you wake up? Dread, or drive to make things better? That feeling determines everything else — career, income, balance all follow from it, not the other way around.
2025 - Forced to bend, refused to break
