2025 - Forced to bend, refused to break

2025 tested whether I actually live by what I preach. I’ve always told my teams: I’m here for your growth, even if it eventually takes you elsewhere. This year, that principle cost me a team member of 20 years — and a friend. The choice was simple to state, hard to live: hold on, or let go with pride and support instead of resistance.
